Circular structure is very useful in my opinion as it provides many options and solutions to deal with the many aspects Circular structure is at the center of the organization, spreading their vision outward its meant to promote communication between organization which helps to retrieve the information i.e. the free flow of information between different parts of the organization.
It will be very useful in my organization as by using Circular structure in our company all decisions are made by hierarchy and every employee is made to believe that top management is working fine for the company and and for themselves. As in my organization flow of information is done at much higher rate so following hierarchy allows the company to do the work smoothly and according to the protocols of the organization. So in this way by applying Circular structure company can progress and maintain the work ethics properly
