Joseph Smith of New York started an alternative religion named Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints. It is called Mormons or LDS. Every individual was welcomed to this religion. It was a religion free from Christian orthodox views. This religion covered a vast area. At first the preachers of this religion started preaching their ideals in Ohio and Illinios. But they were persecuted by the local people. The local religious leaders attacked them. There Smith was killed by the local people in 1844. They wanted to establish their religion far from the West. The main message of the religion was cooperation in the people.
Another example of the alternative religion was the Church of Euthanasia. It was founded by Chris Korda. The purpose of this religion was to make a balance between human beings and other species in the earth. Their target was to reduce the increase of population in the earth. Its most famous slogan was, “Save the Planet, Kill Yourself”. This religion bears four main pillars: suicide, abortion, cannibalism and sodomy. This religion encourages sex that does not help in child birth. But this religion was not popularized in the world.
Pastafarianism is a new type of religion started in 2005. The idea was first generated in the letter of Bobby Henderson. This religion is a type of social movement. This alternative religion takes religion in a very light manner. Flying Spaghetti Monster is the only deity of this religion. This religion opposes the intellectual interpretation of the conventional religion. Henderson is supposed to be the prophet of this religion. In New Zealand, the ceremonies of this religion is permitted. In this religion itt is believed that the world has been created by the Flying Spaghetti Monster. This deity is invisible to the mortal eyes.
This religion is based absolutely on supernatural beliefs. All the ideas have been written by Henderson. But this religion could not impress the people. It is absolutely devoid of logical thoughts.
