Under the NLRB , you can't be required to be an individual from a union or pay it any monies as a state of business unless the aggregate haggling assertion between your boss and your union contains an arrangement requiring all workers to either join the union or pay union charges. Regardless of the possibility that there is such an arrangement in the understanding, the most that can be required of you is to pay the union expenses (for the most part called an "office charge.") Most workers are not told by their manager and union that full union enrollment can't legitimately be required.   Answer-2.

When Willie was approached by co-workers to join the union he told them off stating that “Even if the union gets in, I don’t have to join. The union still has to represent me. I get everything you guys get, and I don’t have to pay them one red dime.” Willie was against the union until he was stuck with no way out unless he does join them.

The proposal is fair to Willie because if you are not a member, you are still completely secured by the aggregate dealing understanding that was consulted between your manager and the union, and the union is committed to speaking to you. Any advantages that are given to you by your boss in accordance with the aggregate dealing assertion (e.g., compensation, position, get-aways, annuities, wellbeing insurance)are not influenced by your non membership. In the event that the union offers a few "individuals just" advantages, you may be rejected from getting those. But members have more leverage than Willie. If you are not a part, you will most likely be unable to partake in union races or gatherings, vote in aggregate dealing approval races, or take part in other "inside" union exercises. Be that as it may, you can't be taught by the union for anything you do while not a part.
