The correct answer is option c that is as we move from one point on the frontier to another point on the frontier because we move from one point to another point on ppf graph , there are resources that needs to be moved in another way such that more of some product is produced compared to earlier and when we move there are resources which can' be used in any other way as these are the costs (resources) that will be common regardless of where it is used which is what we call opportunity costs and which can be easily seen when we move from one point on ppf to another.
