There have been both vigorous defenses and criticisms of administrative law throughout its history in America. In its current state, is our administrative system a thing to be criticized or defended? Why? Please answer in 250 words or more.

The United States of America became independent in the year 1776 on July 4th and then in 1787, the constitution came into being which governs the laws and rules which govern the citizens of the United States. While there has been a criticism of various rules and statues that are enshrined in the constitution, it is a fact that the system has stood the test of time and so far has worked in making USA the most developed country in the world.

The administrative law also ensures inside the borders of USA that law formation and enforcement are at robust levels to ensure that the crime rates are low and the general public feels at peace which ensures that innovation and commerce can prosper inside the country leading to overall development. Thus the very fact, that this system has led to growth of the economy, community and the nation as a whole implies that even with certain shortcomings, the system should be defended and every effort should be made to improve the system.
