smoking, bars and restaurants insider area should be suitable for
all, it should protect interest of public, hence, smoker could go
for smoking in outdoor area, non smokers could feel comfortable
insider, with such practices, interest for both can be

It can be concluded that, it is necessary to understand harm on public and pain areas of public, as non smokers could be dissatisfied, if smokers start smoking within the bar and restaurant place, hence, it is necessary to build the place comfortable for all.
