Is it possible facial recognition technology would be used for the new Loyalty system in a restaurant? if it is, would that be cost-prohibitive for a family-owned restaurant? is there any alternative solution?

It is very important for a business to win the customer's loyalty . More retailers have turning to Technological innovation to improve or strengthen their customer loyalty , most of the techniques used for improving the loyalty ends in loss for the business ,but not facial recognition technology . Perhaps the most significant retail Loyalty technology is facial recognition software or technology.

So it is possible to use facial recognition technology in a restaurant to gain loyalty of its customer . Facial recognition technology automatically recognise the customer and their wants can be easily satisfied.
