I need help with this Susan and Gray finished their work on user interface, input, and output design. They developed a user-centered design that would be flexible and easy to learn. Now Susan turned her attention to the architecture for the new system. Susan wanted to consider their own organization and culture, enterprise resource planning, total cost of ownership, scalability, Web integration, legacy systems, processing methods, security issues, and corporate portal. She also needed to select a network plan, or topology, that would dictate the physical cabling and network connections, or consider a wireless network. When all these tasks were completed, she would submit a system design specification for approval. Tasks While Susan is pushing for a cloud based solution hosted off-site, the users have concerns and are thinking it needs to be on-site managed in their own data center. Write a memo from Susan's perspective that discusses why in the current world most people are moving their systems to the cloud and address all of the concerns that the owners might have about doing so. Subject: Importance of Cloud.

The purpose of this memo is to explain the reason why most users are shifting to cloud storage. Cloud has made great advancements in human life. The way we used to store our data has completely revolutionized with the assistance of cloud storage. It has been a game changer in the last few years.

Many Multinational firms like, Google, Microsoft have made their own cloud platforms like Google Cloud and Azure and plenty of other companies are using these platforms to update their data and be up to date. Every aspect of a company or an organization can be stored and hence accessed at any point of time from anywhere on the globe with utmost security. No matter, if it’s the employee details, financial deposits of the corporate, cost of ownership or corporate portals, all of the information is stored in the cloud under your identity with maximum security.

Moreover, cloud provides flexibility to your resources, more marketplace exposure and then greater strategic value.
