My organization is into heavy machinery industry, my current job and role is about taking leading role in the production floor of this organization, being a production manager, the organizational business should implement various processes and procedures, which can ensure better quality output from me in that Job, Those are as stated below:

• Organization should understand the training requirements as applied for me to perform better in this Job Role, such training requirements could include gaining more knowledge on leadership and how a leader should act, also the associated technical knowledge needs to be gained, such technical knowledge could be knowing more about various technological updates on processes as needed for heavy machinery industry, such technological updates could include knowing impact of automation and mechanization in cutting and material preparation process, welding process, and others processes like Machining and painting,
• Another processes should be implemented by the business like implementing lean practices and visual display system implementation will also help me to ensure quality output from my Job,

Potential cost associated with such Implementation will include various factors, which help to define or calculate the cost, those are as stated below:

• Cost for hiring the trainer, Consultant, for example- USD 100 per Hour
• Cost of arranging the events like USD 300 per day,
• Cost of others staff as to be Included, staffs like Training Coordinator, helper, for example- Total cost – USD 70 per hour per person
• If the training to be arranged outside, then cost of hiring the training room, - for example- USD 1000 per day, Cost of Foods and beverages, for example- USD 200 per person
• Variables cost like travelling Expanses, service taxes, for example- USD 500 per person
• For lean Implementation project, Project budget would include wages of team members and cost of hiring consultant, cost of others resources like material and documents needed to implement the lean practices, etc,
