Maybe these are things that you can't get working at another job. Now, apply these things to Maslow's hierarchy. Which levels of needs will this job satisfy?

Think about what your ideal job would be?

My ideal job is working as market analyst in New York Stock Exchange. I want to give advises to corporate companies in their share holdings.

Provide a brief description of the job

I can analyse economical state of United States, tell people to what shares to buy and what not to buy. I can criticise bad companies and  show profits to investors.

At least three things you hope to gain from it. Maybe these are things that you can't get working at another job.

  • I can earn thousands of Dollors for my well being
  • I can gain respect from society
  • I can gain confidence because i achieved my goal
  • I can share my knowledge

Now, apply these things to Maslow's hierarchy. Which levels of needs will this job satisfy?

All above written things are belongs to self esteem stage of Maslow hierarchy theory.

Self esteem stage in Maslow hierarchy stage:  In this stage people gain lot of respect,confidence, accomplishment,enough money etc.,

These are all i'm gaining in my job that's why my job satisfying self esteem level of needs.
