In 2013 skateboarder Tony Hawk setup a 360 degree "Loop of Death" with a radius of 2m and invited a few skateboarders to try making it all the way around the loop. Tony was the first to make it around the loop without falling. On one particular attempt, Tony'ys speed was 4.5 m/s at the top of the loop. Did Tony make it all the way around the loop on that attempt? Assume Friction and air resistance are negligible.
