if the graph is properly observed, it can seen that with immigration, the number of labour actually gets to increase which means the supply increases and with the increase in supply the supply curve of labour shifts to right and this gets to decrease the wage rate as shown in the graph. That is the reason why immigration decreases wages all in all.
