The global business environment has affected by the workplace of the current organizations by revolutionizing the concept of virtual workforce and employees from different nationalities working together. It is important to mention that globalization and economic growth have led to an increase in competition between organizations. This competition favors international businesses that are conducted ethically. Furthermore, the international barriers include the countries that are unwilling to open up their economy face trouble from the dynamic economic system. This has favored the revolution in the workplace.

Virtual workforce are the latest trends that allow workers from various countries and any geographical location to work together. It is important to highlight that employees from different nationalities have started sharing workspace in a single organization and this helps in increasing the knowledge base of an organization.
