1. The statistics show that anxiety disorder is rising day after day, especially in the young people. There are various reasons behind anxiety disorder:

• Children are now victim of heavy pressure of study. They are really in problems to fulfill the expectation of the parents. They are forcefully pushed into an unscientific competition. It causes anxiety in the children. Even some children lose mental balance.
• Now children do not get environment for spontaneous growth. They are confined in a limited narrow world. It causes anxiety in them.
• Now, children do not get chance for playing. They are always busy in study. Naturally they do not have proper stimuli for growth. It is a major reason for anxiety.
• Besides, people now live in nuclear family. Their associations are few. They can not discuss their problems with others. Children do not get the love and care of their grandparents or uncles or aunts. Naturally such deprivation causes anxiety in them.

2. Most of the people do not take mental problems seriously. They do not think that children may have mental problems. They do not have proper awareness. Anxiety disorders are neglected by the parents as they think that it is temporary and in future it will be no more. Therefore the children with anxiety disorder are deprived of treatment.

3. The individual with anxiety disorder should follow the following principles:

• He should listen to music and watch movie
• He ahould take the help of psychiatrist.
• He must take steps for stress management
• He can take the help talk therapy.
• He should have sufficient leisure and sleep.
