An allergy drug has been tested and was found to give relief to 65% of patients back in 2016. Now the pharmaceutical manufacturer wants to see if the new, improved version of the this allergy drug works even better. A random sample of 860 allergy sufferers was obtained and a clinical trial was conducted. At the end of the trial 578 of the 860 patients stated that they new, improved version of this allergy drug provided relief from their allergy symptoms. Is there sufficient evidence at at 0.05 level of significance for the pharmaceutical company to claim that the new, improved version of this allergy drug works better than the previous version. Conclusion- since, p value is greater than 0.05 , we have enough evidence to conclude that the there is no improvement.
