Answer #1

Capra highlights that all the living things share the same three criteria which include process, structure, and pattern. It is important to mention that there exists a pattern between the components of a system and it helps in determining the vital characteristics. Secondly, the structure determines the pattern of an organization. Thirdly process is the embodiment of pattern within a structure.

Organizational change is the process of altering the culture, technologies, procedures, processes, and strategies. It also includes changes that will affect the organization. This same way can be applied to the concept of Capra's three criteria. the organization is in itself a structure, and the various changes that will be taking place are the pattern. Lastly, the change manager and the changes to be brought about is the process in itself.

In my opinion, the model fits to a great extent and it does not require any additional changes to the existing one.
