respond in your own word ,can you give strong reason why police can not be able to check you cell phone ? please answer in you own word

Unless a valid Search warrant is issued against me, which will only happen if the Police have a strong doubt about my involvement in certain crime, I shall have no other reason to compromise upon my privacy and hand over my cell phone to the Police for checking. My mobile is my personal property and may contain sensitive information that is supposed to remain private to me. Police checking my cell phone shall hence be an act of Invasion of privacy which is rather a Tort. My mobile may possess photographs and videos depicting my private life, my Bank and other security records, various important but private contacts, etc. The Police shall have no right to invade this private space of mine unless authorized legally to do so. Moreover, even the Fourteenth Amendment grants me the right from being free from unauthorized searches. Mobile being my personal property, shall also fall under the same Act’s provisions.
