It is very difficult for an organization to operate in today's supply chain who relies on communicating by telephone and fax. Technology advancement has turned out to be quite an important aspect and organizations need to use the same or else they may end up losing revenue and may not be able to sustain in the competition. Email, messages, video calls, ERP, etc. has taken over supply chain activities and and organization use the same in order to be successful in the industry.
