These tricks enhances the performance during as well as after exercise

high oxygen let the availability of more oxygen to cell as a result high energy is released with less body efforts as partial pressure of oxygen inc and it become more available secondly after exercise lactose is formed which is anaerobic digested product due to less oxygen if oxygen is more it will be more available for oxidation as well as recovery time will also decrease and efficacy will increase
