Answer #1

1. Option C is correct.

Alkaline phosphatase is an enzyme which acts on an organic molecule which contains phosphate group. As the name indicates phosphatse means an enzyme which removes the phosphate group from the substrate. Here alkaline indicates the alkaline medium of Alkaline phosphatase enzymatic reaction. So the enzyme reaction produces inorganic phosphate and consume water molecule.

Option a is wrong because element Phosphorus was not found in this reaction.

Option B is wrong because addition of phosphate reaction was catalysed by the phosphorylase enzyme in the process of phosphorylation.

2. Option A is correct.

In the spectrophotometric analysis we do analysis of nitrophenol which is in yellow colour. The spectrophotometric analysis was conducted 320 nm.

in this, potassium phosphate molecule, Hydroxide ions, protons was not measured by spectrophotometric analysis.

3. Option b is correct.

Triton X 100 is a detergent which targets the lipoprotein bilayer of a Cell and make interaction with it. The detergent breaks the disulfide bonds and different bonds which are present in protein and loose the cell membrane structure. Due to loose arrangement of lipid bilayer the permeability of it increases which allows the uptake of nitrophenol by cell. Nitrophenol molecules moves into the cytoplasm.

4. Option a is correct

Prostate have high amount of alkaline phosphatase after bomes.
