In my opinion, the future web could be like something that the user's part is eliminated from the info that is displayed on a webpage. This means, that the webpages can be read directly by the computer. The computer could become so intelligent that it could hear, see and understand the current situation going on and what does the use want exactly. The companies will be benefited with the automated actions such as email sending, posting on social media and other marketing techniques. Online web viewing experiences could be further improved by keeping users perspective in mind. This includes how exactly does a customer wants to see the webpage. There could be several designs from which the user can choose. As an IT manager, I would assign R&D section , special research and development team that will only focus on the latest web technologies and implement it on the companies website.
