REPAET THIS STEP 10 TIMES

NOW STARTING FROM 10TH LAYER OF MOTION BLUR REDUCE OPACITY 10% IN 2ND 20% UPTO 100% BECAUSE WE CREATED 10 MOTION BLUR LAYERS

OPEN MOTION BLUR AND SET DISTANCE 14

SET OPACITY TO 60%
