Can someone please help me with this question!!! I have asked it three times and still no response!! Please

Jot has a capital stock per worker equal to 3. A state of the country, Quey, is trying to declare independence. It is known that 30 percent of the labor force and 40 percent of the capital of Jot are in Quey. Average savings rate in Quey is 0.2, compared to 0.3 in all other states of Jot. Everywhere in Quey, production function is given by Y = K αN1−α , with α = 1/2. Capital depreciates at rate δ = 0.08, labor force grows at rate n = 0.02.

(a) Calculate capital stock per worker for Quey and all other states of Jot.

(b) If Quey declares independence, which has higher output per worker in the short run? Quey or the new Jot?
