A cell has a buildup of NADH but is otherwise functioning normally including producing ATP. What inhibitor do you think has been used and what is it doing? How is the cell overcoming this inhibition?

NADH transferred their electrons to complex I and converted to NAD+ which is ready to accept electron pair. If the complex I is in a reduced condition then, in that case, it can no longer accept electrons from NADH and thus NADH is stuck in the cell.
The cell can produce energy by anaerobic respiration by converting pyruvate into lactic acid.
