Answer #1

Answer 1 -The statement that is not accurate about m RNA splicing is that it is carried by tRNA and its associated proteins. Its the snRNP's and its associated proteins that carry out the splicing  by forming spliceosome complex . snRNP's with other important proteins carry out splicing. U1 , U2, U3 to U6 snRNP,s are major snRNP in splicing.

Answer 2- The major role of chaperone protein is to help and assist nascent protein to fold into proper tertiary confirmation . It plays a key role in binding unfolded proteins and assist them to fold properly to their confirmations so that it can carry out its function. As protein confirmation is important for its function.
