China is pursuing a neo mercantilism policy, which states heater exports and lesser imports of goods and services. China has been very good at recycling items, it makes goods from the dumped things. This strategy helps China with a lower cost of production, and thus China is being able to sell the products at a lower price than its competitors. Moreover, China has devalued it's currency which makes it better to export goods and services at a lower cost than other competitors. China has a large population which helps to supply labour. Moreover, the labourers are productive and China has invested huge amounts on building infrastructure to build better roads, highways, rail routes, etc to make transportation easier and faster.
