Answer #1

I myself should be responsible for motivating me at work.

It is very essential that people should be able to motivate themselves at work. If there is dependency on others like Manager, CEO or HR, it may last for only few days or months. It is critical that people find ways and means to keep their morale and motivation high by the work they do. It will help them in the long run to drive efficiency and productivity at work. No one else can understand the intrinsic motivation better than the person itself.
