Online posting of resumes has become the trend to get employment from many companies.There are some sites which offers good services for the people who are educated and skilled and looking of jobs.for example- Linkedin, Shine.com, Indeed.com etc. these are famous sites which provides services like posting their resumes, information about companies, jobs, salary structure, contact etc.

I am very comfortable for posting my resume because it increases the chance of seeing my resume to the employers.there is some options in sites or employment apps where we can hide our information so that particula person can not view our information.This is because of privacy issues because there are some many fake companies who take advantages of the information of the candidate posting online and use their data and sell them to others.So, i always put privacy feature when i upload my resume.

The hiring process startes with call comes from the company when they view my application or if there is hiring date written on post then i can go to the company for interview and company take the interview and selection is done. but companies have different hiring process. some companies only took one round while some companies make use of many rounds to hire employee.
