There is always a human factor to consider in undertaking any business activity. The knowledge, experience, capability and reliability of the persons involved in all of the business processes are critical factors. In light of the above statement discuss how people should be considered in the organisation and the different personality traits found in individuals.

There are 5 P's of production, one of them is People. The processes in an entity are not done without people and it depends entirely on their knowledge, experience, capability, and reliability. It is very important to bring up better and best professional for a process in the organization. People have to be considered in an organization as the most important resource and every individual has a different personality which helps the process of the company in some way or the other. That is why when the individuals are hired by the company, they are evaluated fully in terms of their attitude and their other personality traits to see if they can adjust in the company.

The human factor is one of the major factors to consider in a process that is going on as the human factor can make or break the process, for example, if there is a workforce working towards a process inefficiently, ultimately the processes will get affected and the end product will be affected as well. People in an organization have needs and they have expectations from organizations that these organizations will fulfill the expectations. and needs. For a company to function successfully and complete its processes it is important to keep the people of the company happy.
