Most organizations prefer a combined workforce of the older generation and new generation. However, there are still a few areas that differentiate the qualifications of the new generation and the old generation.

There are different parameters for the old and new generations. Differences are as follows:

• People from the new generation are more preferred than the older generation in the job market.

• The older generation is more qualified for the pst of decisionmaker than the people of the new generation

• Youth or new generation workforce is more qualified than the older generation for the deadline-based tasks.
