Based on the needs, the level of understanding as well as the
presence of a strong culture and its adherence in the minds of the
employees, we can say that the leader needs to understand a number
of variables when it comes to change in order for them to conduct
efficient change management process. They need to examine the
change based on its requirements and then break it down into small
achievable factors which can be implemented based on the expectancy
of the individual levels. In order for a leader to create the
acceptance for the change, they need to lead by example and
therefore, utilize the change process constantly in order to
motivate others to be able to try it. Once they create the required
values in the minds of the other individuals, we can say that this
would allow them to adhere to the need of the individual that is
part of this organization, in the end creating the sense of
implementation which best benefits them.
