Answer #1

Based on the needs, the level of understanding as well as the presence of a strong culture and its adherence in the minds of the employees, we can say that the leader needs to understand a number of variables when it comes to change in order for them to conduct efficient change management process. They need to examine the change based on its requirements and then break it down into small achievable factors which can be implemented based on the expectancy of the individual levels. In order for a leader to create the acceptance for the change, they need to lead by example and therefore, utilize the change process constantly in order to motivate others to be able to try it. Once they create the required values in the minds of the other individuals, we can say that this would allow them to adhere to the need of the individual that is part of this organization, in the end creating the sense of implementation which best benefits them.
