The amount of tourism which the place will get after the arena or stadium is built. Not only will this help the local economy but the businesses will flourish giving an opportunity for more employment. Also, the matches and event which can be held at the arena or stadium will bring additional revenues which can help the region in building better infrastructure and regional development.
