Self-efficacy is a general concept that measures how well we think we can control different situations. CI = (x1 -x2) +/-t * sqrt(s1^2/n1+s2^2/n2)
= (4.12 - 3.63)+/- 1.9743*sqrt(1.19^2/168+ 1.12^2/215)

The 95% CI is (0.2542,0.7258)
