Answer- Culture is an important part of our society. It gives knowledge of right and wrong in our personal and professional life. It is very important to maintain cultural ethics for an organization to protect the business and run it with dignity. Strong cultural ethics also lead to job satisfaction among employees.
A manager of an organization must nurture ethical culture for increasing team work and to earn lot of respect among customers. Good ethics also helps in building a strong public image of the business. A manager should always implement decisions based on ethical values. It will help the employees to perform with responsibility. So, we can say that maintaining cultural ethics at work place increases productivity and makes the organization popular among customers.
