The ethical constraints in practicing medicine is important to reduce conflicts ,misunderstanding, acting as a moral justice for all involved, to prevent harmful act against patients, to maintain their privacy and confidentiality, etc.,

A moral in simple refers to the values a person has in their life developed out of their experiences .They will be able to make decision which is right or wrong based upon their moral values.

Eg.,A couple who has conceived after a long medical intervention is requested to make a decision in regards to abortion in view to save the life of women who is comatose due to an accident. Here the partner is in a state to take decision. This firms a medical moral dilemma.

One of the most common medical ethical issues which is faced in the 21st century is the vaccination. Vaccines are considered to cause certain neurological disorder like autism,so the public are in a fear to immunize their child.Again a community which is against vaccination will be in a critical time during the outbreak of any particular infectious disease. There will be political pressure on the public to get vaccination I'm order to save the entire community and prevent the outbreak of disease to a mass population.
