acid is NaHCO3 and base is Na2CO3.

pKa2 of H2CO3 = 10.33 (Literature value)

Using Henderson equation,

pH = pKa2 + log [salt] / [acid]

or

pH = 10.33 + log (0.250 / 0.185)

or

pH = 10.46 = 10.5  (answer)
