Answer #1

Learning retention is very important for any training and it’s a key component of security. Whatever you train your employees on, it is important for them to remember in order to leverage the benefits of training. The two most efficient way for learning retention are:

  1. Test and quiz: This is one of the simplest learning retention technique to conduct tests or quiz periodically in order to ensure employee don’t forget the training. It also helps the learner to keep track of their progress and let them see what they have learned.
  2. Repeat to retain: Another easy way to boost learning retention is through good and proper repetition. Repeating new knowledge is important and is very crucial in allowing the information to move into the learner’s long term memory. The best way to achieve this is through simulation. Simulations are great for embedding previously taught skills and allow employee to get real feel of how different skills come together to address a situation.

We all have biases it is in our human nature.
