By calculating the Normality of the given compound KH2PO4 in 1L we get ~11.023N on calculating the pH value we get the pH value of ~9.5.

Where the given compound can be dissociated K+ and H2PO4- (dihyrogen phosphate )

In the aqueous solution by adding water the dihydrogen phosphate ion further dissociated into H+ and HPO42- (hydrogen phosphate) which have a pH concentration of 6.5 to 7
