Problems worth solving. ( The company in case is a retail store)

(a) Reduction of the waiting time of customers in the line for billing or availing the service by adding optimal number of servers.

(b) Building  ramps for physically challenged customers who face difficulty in navigating through the facility.

(c) Opening of 7 day x 12 hours customer helpline to resolve their issues of different kinds.

(d) Facilitating seamless returns and speeding up refund process for them.

(e) Increasing parking space for the visitors.

(f) Increasing the number of servers on weekends and holidays.

(g) Improving the after sales service by computerising the process and enabling the customers to raise queries online.

(h) Facilitating homer delivery, pick up at designated location and at notified time, order online- pick at store etc.

(i) Conducting customer education drives in their communities to help them choose the right items.

(j) Collect the solid waste comprising of bio degradable as well as non - bio degradable items from the customers' homes and send them to recycle facility.
