We've all made mistakes. Please share example(s) of errors you have made in management and/or communication errors with peers, subordinates, clients, managers, etc. and if applicable, how did you rectify the mistake?

Ans- As a manager working in a MNC I made some mistakes in management &/or communication with peers, subordinates, clients, managers some examples are as follows:

With peers: I'm from USA and my peer was from Japan. In lunch time we started to discuss a topic & due to cultural differences there began a skirmish between us. It get resolved with the help of diglot peer.

With subordinates: As I started my job as a manager in renowned company. I was at cloud nine, and due to that I failed to manage my subordinates as I didn't provide or receive feedback from them. This was my mistakes which rectified, when my appraisal came out.

With clients: I was working for an American company and I was asked to deal with a Japanese company. Due to language differences over the email there started misunderstanding between us. This problem resolved when we discussed over video conferencing.

With managers: My manager set MBO ( Management by Objectives) very first time but I failed to meet that objective. Since this was first time so, my manager called me in his chamber and talk to me and get the reason of failing, and motivated me very enthusiastically. After this I completed all the project within stipulated time very efficiently.
