Studies have shown viruses (such as Zika) can appear in a mans semen long after blood tests have indicated he's "cured" of the disease. Why would a virus be in his semen but not in his blood? If you were a public health nurse, what would you tell people based upon this concept?

Zika virus is last longer in body first in blood serum second in urine and lastly in semen or in cervix. So it indicates that the person is cure in the blood serum level when the virus is transmitted to the semen. The virus in semen not in blood because at the curing stage the virus exit from the body step by step. If I were a nurse, I would guide public health to protect themselves from the disease by taking care of their reproductive health. Guide them to use protective measures while having intercourse and protect themselves from mosquitoes using mosquito protecting ointment and also keep the environment clean by which protect the mosquito invasion.
