Ethics is collective behavior that the people in the society do, it is right or wrong depending on the society like going out and talking to a woman in Saudi Arabia is Unethical but its perfectly fine in US.

It depends in the society what is ethical and what is not. the answer is "D", right and wrong conduct of individual and institutions of which they are part of.
