Answer #1

In this scene, the men (Alonso,Antonio,Gonsalo, Sebastian) and their companion Lords are tired. Alonso loses his hope in finding his son while Antonio wishes to take advantage of his exhausted state in order to kill him, and whispers about it to Sebastian. Several strange shapes enter the stage and dance around the table with food. This is the time when Prosoeeo enters as well. Even though the men were hesitant to eat, Gonsalo persuades them to do so. Alonso remains desperate , and feels that he can no longer find his Son. He runs to drown himself. The spirits meanwhile drawing out their swords caused Antonio and Sebastian to attempt to fight them. Gonsalo tells the companion Lords to run after them to prevent them from doing harm to themselves or others.
