The group cohesiveness means where the team members joins together and work with mutual understanding and increase their bonding level.

Group cohesiveness could result decrease in productivity with examples are provided below:

1. The group lacks on innovation as where all work with monotonous job and decrease on productivity.Eg. There is no creativity towards product and services.

2. The group lose on interest towards work as where the decision are made within the group and that reduce on productivity as all the members will not be involved in the decision.

3. Conflict arises among the group and reduce the productivity as where the member disagree for the decision.Eg. Allocating on the work task would be difficult in the group.
