A=P(1+r/100)^n
where
A=future value
P=present value
r=rate of interest
n=time period.

Hence

A=$7000*(1.1)^20+$7000*(1.1)^19+$7000*(1.1)^18+$7000*(1.1)^17

=$7000*[(1.1)^20+(1.1)^19+(1.1)^18+(1.1)^17]

=(7000*23.45779659)

which is equal to

=$164,204.58(Approx).
