Solution:

The terrorist who has been caught and kept in prison are exposed to certain procedures which are in line with the department of justice Al Qaeda training manual. The adherence to the procedure or the lessons given is strictly the case of the condition within the prison in which they are kept. The internal desire of the terrorists to follow the lesson may not be high but the compulsion to do so by the supervisors may be one of the reasons why there can be instances of the prisoners following the lessons. The following of the lessons is necessary for the terrorists to ensure they are kept alive and given a chance to improve on their sins. The ability of the lessons to make the changes to the mindset of a person will be helpful in measuring the effectiveness of such lessons for the terrorists. Hence, the effectiveness of such lessons according to the department of justice will depend on the casewise basis and no direct conclusion can be withdrawn since the conclusions will vary as per the individual.

Thus, these are the points about the lessons for the caught terrorists as per the department of justice.
