Channel conflict is the conflict that arises when a manufacturer directly sells to customers products that are also sold through traditional physical channels i.e. shops either self-owned (e.g. Apple) or franchised (Marks and Spencer). Shop owners or personnel say they do the promotion, talking, and advertising, and then people buy online. How can you minimize this as the manufacturer without losing many online customers and without losing traditional shop employees or partners ?  picking any company or a product as an example.
