Answer #1

Yes both these things can or should be done. Wealthy people, the ones those are way too wealthy could be taxed to provide for the unemployed and loan the students so that they can study and have opportunities to grow.

The reason of this simply put can be that these people have wealth over do you need it is not required it is a kind of extra a surplus for them and the unemployed people and students are the meet you answer who are in the need of the same wealth.

if provided these people will also flourish and eventually this will be the help the nation and humanity, just think wealthy provides the unemployed and the students the same people become wealthy and they start providing for others in this way we will help the humanity ,we will help in the growth of each other.

But at the same no pressure should be put upon the wealthier class,it should be a balanced approach and should reflect the idea of 'growth for all'and not exploitation of the rich. The idea is to provide help and opportunities to the deprived class and not to ruin the opportunities for the deserving class.

Rather than taxing which will be forceful there can be provision of voluntary help and donations in a pattern to help these sections, this way no one will feel burdened. Because in the end it's their hard earned money and they have the right to decide where to use it and how .

Thus over taxation could turn frustrating for them.
