A ladder with a length L = 12 m and a mass m = 50 kg is leaning against a frictionless wall.

Below the ladder is a floor with a coefficient of static friction of 0.5, and the vertical of the ladder is h = 9 m.

The center of mass of the ladder is located at the lower side of L/3. A firefighter with a mass M = 100 kg climbed so that its center of mass was in the middle of the ladder.

(a) Find the x-direction force acting on the ladder wall.

(b) Find the x and y direction forces acting on the bottom ladder.

(c) When varying the vertical height h of the ladder, determine the range of h values at which the ladder does not slip on the floor.
