The average density of sea water at the location is 1000Kg/m3. Say if the submarine will sink if the devices are: (empty)_______; (full of air)_______. Explain your answer based on one of the principles/equations.

Submarine will sink if the devices are empty. Because density of empty devices is greater than the density of water. And density of air filled devices is less than sea water , so it will float when devices will air filled.
